Sadly, the site is closing down so they have final reductions on. Due to high demand, despatch times are quite long. I was worried as it took a long time for them to post my items so emailed the company. Got a polite answer immediately explaining that despatch times have gotten longer. Overall,it took 2weeks to receive my order. Got a notification of despatch yesterday and my order was with me today. Despite of the delay, I am very pleased as got some nice tops for less than 5pounds each+excellent quality.

Still waiting for my order to arrive, ordered on the 9th of Feb, had an email confirming the order but nothing since. After reading these reviews i have low expectations of even receiving my order and will be putting in a claim via paypal.

I have been a customer for a number of years but its as well its closing down because at the moment they take your money & you get no goods. They don't give tracking numbers & the phone lines go to answer machines, saying there is a technical problem. Yes there is, its called " Don't want to talk to you".

I am two orders outstanding that I have paid for & cant get answers, I expect I will have to put in a paypal claim or credit card claw back for one of the orders.
Its just annoying at how long it will take to get sorted out apart from I needed some of the items urgent but after more than two weeks of being given the run around, I am livid.
AVOID AVOID, its not cheap its expensive if you pay to get nothing.

Not only did they send me someone elses order, they then stated the items i ordered was out of stock and unavailable and told me to get rid of the incorrect items. So 2 people don't get their items, myself and the person who ordered a dress, a top and a pair of shoes.

Last time i use their service.

The seller did not send the paid goods. He said that in the original packaging is more expensive. Money back, but I lost a few pounds per transaction. the seller does not fulfill its obligations stated on the site. I am very disappointed

Stayed in again today and rang them about collection. They said they called at 2 pm and left a card as no one was in. I’ve been in all day and no card was left. Arranged it for a third day next Tuesday. I’m going on holiday next week. What can I do? Totally lost my patience now.

Surprise surprise no one turned up yesterday. Rang them up and I said I will have to send this back myself through courier. They agreed they would refund my postage. Today I get an email saying they won’t refund postage.

ABSOLUTE APPALLING SERVICE. WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN. BEWARE.

Great place to shop online but unfortunately the delivery service is shocking. I ordered 11 items from bargain crazy just in time for my birthday. Unfortunately the items didn't arrive on time. Day 5 and still no parcel.. sadly the things I ordered I wanted to wear for my dinner birthday party over the weekend. Very disappointed and feel let down. I won't be shopping here again!

I have now waited three times all day for my parcel to be collected.

It’s a rather large box, so can’t take to post office. It’s so frustrating knowing your time being wasted.

What makes it worse is, no apology or explanation given why.

Easy, quick & hassle free. Had a tracking number & was able to see exactly when my parcel was due. Arrived well packaged & in good time. Very pleased & I would recommend.

I had one wrong colour item delivered but a free return was arranged as soon as I contacted customer service. Over all I am pleased with my purchase and the service received.
